Announcement on Selection of Exchange Students to Domestic and Mainland China Universities

交換生甄選作業受理自112年9月18日(一)至112年9月28日(四)17：00截止，逾期不受理。鼓勵學生踴躍報名參加甄選。

Application period is from 09/18/2020 (一) to 09/28/2020 (四) 17:00

注意事項:

Matters needing attention：

1.申請人歷年學業總成績平均需達70分以上，或歷年學業總成績班、系排名百分比在80%以內。兩項條件任一項符合即可提出申請。

1. The applicant’s total academic score over the years must average above 70 points, or the class、department ranking percentage of the total academic score over the years must be within 80%. You can apply if you meet either of the two conditions.

2.若已申請國外交換之學生，請盡早至註冊組辦理放棄國內交換事宜，放棄申請書請於交換學期開學前1個月提出，避免影響其他同學權益。

2. If students have applied for overseas exchange, please go to the registration office as soon as possible to handle the matter of giving up the domestic exchange. The application for giving up should be submitted one month before the start of the exchange semester to avoid affecting the rights of other students.

3.參與本次交換之學生於交換學期(年)結束後，若本校未來辦理國內交換事宜有需要協助時，學生有義務協助(如交換生說明會經驗分享、提供交換心得報告書等)。

3. If the students participating in this exchange need assistance with domestic exchange matters in the future after the exchange semester (year) ends, the students are obliged to provide assistance (such as experience sharing at exchange student briefings, providing exchange experience reports, etc.).

4.參與國內或中國大陸交換（流）學習計劃之交換（流）學生，有義務配合本校辦理之各類經驗分享活動，出席擔任主講人。交換學生所填報之心得報告，本校在不變更其 原意及主要內容前提下，有權進行編輯、重製，並置於本校網站展示成果，或供其他有意參與交流計畫學生參考。

4. Exchange students participating in domestic or mainland China exchange study programs are obliged to cooperate with various experience sharing activities organized by the school and attend as keynote speakers. Without changing the original intention and main content of the experience report filled in by the exchange students, our school has the right to edit and reproduce it, and display the results on our website, or provide reference to other students who are interested in participating in the exchange program.

5.本校學生至合作學校交換學習，其修習學分上限為兩校學則規定修習上限之較低者，修習學分下限則為兩校學則規定之較高者。

5. For students from our school who go to a cooperative school for exchange studies, the upper limit of their study credits is the lower of the upper limit stipulated by the two schools' academic rules, and the lower limit of their study credits is the higher one stipulated by the two schools' academic rules.

(同意書須家長（監護人）親簽正本，影本、傳真本、掃瞄本皆不受理)

5. Parent (Guardian) Consent Form

(The original copy must be signed by the parent (guardian), photocopies, faxes, and scanned copies will not be accepted.)

6.其他足資證明申請者優異性之相關資料

(如教師推薦函、作品檔案、參賽獲獎或社團服務證明等)

6. Other relevant information that is sufficient to prove the applicant’s merit(Such as teacher recommendation letters, work files, competition awards or community service certificates, etc.)
